While main objective of Jeevodaya’ is the alleviation of suffering of Advanced Cancer Patients we have realised, the equally important and urgent need to see that less and less patients reach this stage.
Towards this end we have major programs namely
Jeevodaya Institute of Palliative Care:
Jeevodaya Institute of Palliative Care is the educational Wing of Jeevodaya Hospice and has been recognised as a Regional Training Centre for Palliative Care by the IAPC [Indian Association. of Palliative Care].
JIPC conducts "Certificate Course in Essentials of Palliative Care" for doctors and nurses - a 8 week distance learning course- starting 1st June and 1st November every year.
